Terms & Conditions
By accessing our website or purchasing any service from Paraah, you agree to the following terms andconditions:
1. Nature of Services Paraah is a fully online, service-based personal styling company. Services include but are not limited to: One-on-one personal styling consultations, Wardrobe evaluation and planning, Color analysis, Bridal and Grooming guidance - Occasion, wedding, or personal shopping guidance. Services are delivered digitally over a fixed duration (typically 4–5 days, depending on the selected package).
Consultations & Deliverables
•Services begin only after successful payment. Consultations are conducted online via video call, audio call, or chat Deliverables may include digital style boards, written recommendations, shopping links, and guidance documents.
User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and honest information
- Attending scheduled consultations on time
- Respectful communication with our team Intellectual Property. All styling materials, documents, and recommendations provided by Paraah are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Paraah provides advisory and styling guidance only. Final purchasing, grooming, or lifestyle decisions remain the responsibility of the client. We are not liable for dissatisfaction arising from third-party products or services.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Paraah follows a transparent and fair refund policy in compliance with Indian consumer and digital payment regulations.
No Refund After Service Initiation
• As Paraah provides personalized and time-bound digital services, no refunds will be issued once the consultation or service process has started
• Initiation includes but is not limited to: onboarding calls, questionnaires reviewed, analysis started, or any session conducted Partial Refund (Before Service Start)
• If a cancellation request is made before any consultation or service work has begun, a partial refund may be issued after deducting payment gateway and administrative charges
Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be provided in cases of:
- Change of mind after service commencement
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice
- Dissatisfaction based on personal taste or subjective preference Rescheduling
• One-time rescheduling may be allowed with prior notice, subject to availability Refund Processing
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method
